Hi, I’m Oliwia

Fitness wasn’t always a part of my life. After struggling with obesity, I decided it was time for a change. Through years of trial and error, I managed to lose weight, improve my health and completely transform my lifestyle. That journey taught me that lasting results don’t come from quick fixes or extreme diets, but from building sustainable habits that fit your life.

Wanting to understand fitness and nutrition on a deeper level, I decided to become a qualified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach so I could help others achieve the same confidence, strength and freedom that fitness has given me.

Today, I help women and men build strength, confidence and healthy habits through personalised coaching and nutrition support. My approach focuses on realistic, sustainable changes that fit your lifestyle - no extremes, no unrealistic expectations, just long-term results!

Whether you’re stepping into the gym for the first time, returning after a break, or looking to take your fitness to the next level, I’m here to support you every step of the way!

  • Not at all. My coaching i designed for beginners and those returning to exercise after break.

  • We’ll discuss your goals, lifestyle, training history, nutrition habits and any injuries or limitations. Together we’ll create a plan that works for you.

  • 1-1 sessions take place at Anytime Fitness West Ealing.

  • Session cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.

  • Absolutely. Your workout will be designed around the equipment you have available.
